This work is a reflection on childhood in conflict. Tied to craftsmanship and spirituality, the mind travels beyond the physical self and therefore can transcend political chaos. The work features spray-painted wooden panelling, and fabric that has been cross-stitched by hand hinting at folk craft, but also creating contrast, indicating both festivity and unrest.
